  • C'est un joli condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au deuxième étage d'un complexe magnifiquement entretenu à quelques pas du golfe du Mexique. Avec Wanna Wanna comme accès à la plage et Stripes à l'autre bout de la rue, l'emplacement est imbattable. Il y a un roi dans le maître et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit. Ceci est un deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Nous avons des fosses de charbon de bois Bar B Que, une grande piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi et une cour tropicale luxuriante. DOIT ÊTRE ÂGÉ DE 25 ANS POUR LOUER ICI AU DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE. Parce que Home Away ne perçoit pas la taxe de séjour et la taxe locale de 11%, elles seront perçues avant l'enregistrement.

Great location!

Close to a beach access. Great restaurant close by too. You are able to grab supplies at the corner store on the short walk to the beach. Loved it, great courtyard with a nice pool when the beach day ends.

Clean. Annoying jr property manager

Appreciated that it was very clean and short walk to the beach. The jr property manager called and texted us every day which was quite annoying, we’ve never experienced that in all our VRBO stays. We also thought it was a bit low to wait until the day before check in to let us know of an extra fee, that we had to break up our day plans to go in during business hours to pay.

The area and place was amazing and so was the property manager Frank! He was very helpful and attentive with all of our needs! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and this will be my go to spot for everytime I visit.

Great stay for our family vacation. Owners communicated promptly during our stay. The shower area in one of the rooms is a little tight but I’m a tall guy so it may be ok for others. Shower heads could be better to help wash off the sand. While the AC did work very well to keep the place cool, it would’ve been better if at least the bedrooms had a ceiling fan or fan tower to help circulate the air better. Also an updated smart thermostat would’ve helped to set the temperature. The WiFi worked ok in the living room and bedroom next to it but no signal for the other areas of the condo which could be an issue if you have kids trying to use iPads or watch tv in the bedrooms. For the location this was a good stay and would recommend but keep in mind of the fan and WiFi situation.

Misleading

Property easily houses 4 not six. Has two twin beds in one room, master has 1 queen bed. Living room has a couch. Not a sleeper. If you are lucky you can have someone sleep on the couch. To house 5. Since we had family living within 15 mile distance we were able to get a air mattress. Also there was vomit in the walkway... other than that stay worked for us

To many old people in the Nabor hood

It seemed like we are being watched and some of the neighbors were pretty rude really felt like a retirement home and we were being watched

Great mini vacation!

The property and condo was perfect for our mini getaway with family. Leah was always attentive when communicating with her. I wish we could've stayed longer but will definitely come back and stay at this rental property. Restaurants and stores were conveniently near so we were able to walk to several of our destinations. The beach was minutes away and we were able to walk there as well. Overall, it was was perfect!
