Flats in South Padre Island

'Condo hadn't been cleaned prior to arrival. Shower heads have little pressure, roaches in the fridge, front door doesn't seal properly. Would not book again.'

'We stayed in this condo with some friends and our kids and had a great time! The condo is very well stocked, especially with beach toys, chairs, etc. which was awesome. Great views too. Definitely recommend!'

'I liked it . Only complaint I have is for a 3 night stay they didn't leave enough toilet paper or trash bags. We had to buy our own'

'Wonderful property and right on the beach! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Only we issue we had was when a storm knocked out the elevators and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs. Communicated it directly with our property managers and they were quick to get someone out to fix it.'

'I picked this place because the balcony faced the beach which was fantastic. The beach was easy to get to. This condo is pretty old very basic and tbh needs updating. The decor is pitiful but i guess it doesn’t matter since it’s the beach you come for. If you cook you might want to bring a knife since the 1 here is pretty dull the bed is lacking and could use some new sheets as these kept in all the body heat. Possibly polyester here. Cotton would be a better choice I’m thinking or bamboo. And...

'The very very best thing about the whole entire condominium is the terrace! It is huge, comfortable, and you are right on the beach! Just like the pictures!'

'The ocean and beach were visible from the room. The beds were comfortable. The family room furniture cushions were broken down and smelled of mildew. The kitchen utensils were of low quality and worn. The electric can opener was broken. The stove top heated inconsistently.This unit was adequate for a short term stay, 3-7 days, but not a long term stay, greater than 7 days.Overall, the unit needs updating.'

'Stay was good until the water went out the night before we had to check out. I was offered a later check out time but I declined. Nice place nice spot just inconvenient about the water situation. '

'Hot tub, heated pool and beach access were just a few steps outside the patio doors. The outdoor electric grill was a nice addition.The surprise was EVERYTHING worked.We would be happy to stay here again.'

'We didn't stay there as we were coming down for a Starship launch and the dates changed. I realize that there was a no refund policy, but I had hoped that we could change the dates, the answer was no. This was in spite of the fact that there were available rooms showing for the new dates on Expedia. So, lesson learned NEVER book a non-refundable room! Especially if you are chasing a Starship Launch!'
