This stunning private townhome features 3 spacious bedrooms,2.5 bathrooms. Guests will love catching sun by the private sparkling pool! This new built townhome is great for family and friends to kick back, relax, and enjoy the island sun! The nicely decorated living room features a flat screen tv, and offers ample seating space for friends and family to relax and enjoy each others company. Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gourmet kitchen featuring a large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a perfect spot to enjoy family meals and the large dining table will be more than enough space to host a family feast! The master bedroom is massive and consists of a king size bed and large master bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk in tile shower. All guest bedrooms offer guests comfortable sleeping accommodations. The second guest bedroom is nicely decorated and entails two queen size beds. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size bunk beds & a full size bed (3 beds total).This home accommodates 10 people maximum.

South Padre Island offers so many activities for visitors year round, and this home is the perfect place to stay while on your island vacation. The island's main attraction of course is the beautiful white sandy beach! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Tons of shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance to this wonderful vacation rental property.
