Loved staying at this house, it is beautiful, the private pool is great, the Theater room was great for after a long day, the house is located across the street from a public beach access which made it easy for walks to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

All you need

Our family enjoyed all the house had to offer, from the pool to the theater room. The house is well designed and has easy access to the beach area.

We will be back!

This house is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay here. Spacious and very clean. We had a rainy day and the theater was nice to spend the day being entertained. We enjoyed the heated pool and used the bbq pit (gas) almost every day. This house is so close to beach access and local restaurants. We will be back!

This house is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing location right next to the beach! Our kids loved using the theatre room at nights and the pool/hot tub during the day! SPI was great to rent from, we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Fantastic lodging and location! Only complaint is the master bedroom is in dire need of a new mattress. Also the movie room is difficult to operate. Otherwise a great experience!

This is a beautiful house! We loved the theatre room. We loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. We loved it all and were very comfortable there with our three teenagers. Highly recommend and would definitely book again myself!

Great Experience

A really incredible house with easy beach access right across the street. The private pool and awesome theatre room made our stay even better. Checking in and out was super simple and if I had questions, they were very responsive. We have been vacationing at South Padre every year for 10+ years and have to say this was one of the BEST.
