A shared main entrance leads to the access area, ensuring both privacy and a welcoming communal atmosphere.

House Rules:
- Free Check-in time is guaranteed between 3pm to 8pm.

LATE check in (after 8pm until 11pm) = 20 eur
NIGHT check in (after 11pm) = 50 eur
- Check out is 10am.

- Smoking is allowed outside in balcony.
