'We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location, easily walkable to all the action. The host's parents met us at the apartment and showed us around. There was a language barrier, but we made it work! They were so very kind and very proud of their place. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. As Americans, we are used to central air. 'This apartment is awesome!! Everything was pristine new and clean. Great A/C and bathroom. The bedding was great as well. It’s within walking distance from/to the train station, the center of town, and the port. Great dinning options nearby. The hosting administration kept in touch with me very proactively at all times making sure we were ok or if in need of anything else. Overall a great experience that made us feel right at home! 'Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk.
