    LOCATIE: Zit naast Whistlepunk Trail, een beginnende run die leidt naar de hele berg. 2 skiliften binnen 100 meter. Aan de overkant van de Double Black Diamond-paden van Western Territory. Gewoon een klein stukje ten noorden van Snowshoe Village Center. 5 minuten lopen naar ons favoriete restaurant, The Foxfire Grill.

    GENIET: Whistlepunk 28 is een uitzonderlijke bergchaletervaring. Prachtige locatie, uitstekende afspraken, uitstekende staat. Een uitstekende plek voor een stel met kinderen met maximaal 5 kinderen, of 2 koppels samen. Voor grotere groepen hebben we meer Whistlepunk-eenheden, allemaal dicht bij elkaar.

We had a wonderful time, despite the warm weather. Unfortunately, the property was no longer a ski in/ski out adventure due to the rapidly melting snow. The place was great though. Beautiful, comfortable, and a great location. Our only difficulty was locking the door when we left. The deadbolt needs adjusting so it lines up and able to lock.

Came up for the 4848 Festival. An amazing time with the family. The location of this condo was prefect - less than 10 minute walk to the Village so we were out of the fray, but close enough to gage a home base during the day. The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was our first summer trip to Snowshoe (we usually get up 2-3 times in the winter) and won't be our last. Whistlepunk is fast becoming our favorite place to stay, and this condo was perfect.

Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely loved 28 Whistlepunk! Code entry made arrival very easy. The condo was spotless and beautiful. Master bedroom spacious, beds very comfortable, kitchen well-appointed with crockpot, coffee maker keurig for whichever you prefer, toaster, blender, mixers….. HEATED FLOORS in the kitchen!!! Trail to ski slope—we were there when snow had melted, but it was an easy minute walk over to the snow-covered run. 5 minute walk to village. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed during the polar freeze in Feb '25. It's the bottom floor unit so didn't have a lot of steps to climb getting in and out. In spite of the 2deg F and 25mph winds, the condo was plenty warm with heaters by each of the windows. There were even heaters under the kitchen tiles which were really appreciated to keep your feet from freezing while prepping meals. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The two bedrooms and large living space left us with plenty of room for a family of 5. The entryway mudroom is nice so we didn't have to bring our skis all the way into the living area. The only thing you can't help but notice is how uneven the floors are, but otherwise the unit is in good condition.As for getting to the slopes, we just walked 200yds to the other end of the complex and caught the Whistlepunk Trail just below the Powder Monkey lift. If you're doing Western Territory, that's right across the street.

Ski out, ski in!

The family loved how they didn’t have to lug their equipment anywhere!! Just step into the bindings and ski away! This unit is at ground level. The listing didn’t mention that it also has a washer and dryer. Plenty roomy enough for 6. The locking and heated entry vestibule was a perfect transition spot to keep gear out of the living area. The only disappointment was that the Bengals lost the Super Bowl.

Fall Getaway

We had a great time as a family! The condo was really nice…just like described. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together, watch a movie, and play games. The kitchen was well stocked and the funrniture/beds were super comfy. The location was super convinient for our visit to Cass Railroad.
