Annual Family Thanksgiving Week
There are several things you should know (or, based on prior reviews, reminded of since prior guest comments apparently went ignored).
First, mold. No rental home, on the beach or otherwise, and especially one being rented at the price we paid, should have mold in more than one bathroom. We informed you of this during our stay. You were sent pictures. While you offered to send someone to clean, this, of course, is something that should have been done before our arrival. We were charged for a cleaning that did not meaningfully happen. We bought product and cleaned. Every bathroom had issues, some worse than others. Had anyone done a walk through of the house, or cleaned the house as represented, the mold would have been seen. No one did a walk through of this house in the days before our arrival. There was grit on the kitchen countertops undermining any pre arrival cleaning. Second, many of the kitchen pots and pans are rusted and/or have stick-free surface material peeling off of them. Unsafe and not useable. Wi-fi did not work with any consistency. The network and password was supplied but we did not watch a show without interruption all week.The automatic ice maker had slime in it while running continuously. As a result we purchased many bags of ice . Overall, the house was disappointing given the lack of care and preparation for guests.
