'I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. '

Had groceries delivered to take advantage of well stocked full kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and appetizers on balcony. Packed light and used laundry in room. Came home with a clean suitcase. '

'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '
