The elevators were out of order many times during our stay resulting in our family, including a child with an ankle fracture, having to walk up 8 flights of stairs multiple times. The bathrooms have no ventilation. There is no furniture on the balconies. Overall, I will not be staying at Tides again. '

'Staff was super nice. My room was comfortable and clean. It's an inexpensive hotel so expect that it lacks things like coffee makers. My only real complaint is not about the property itself it's the location. While it is convenient to get to Folly Beach and Charleston there are very limited restaurants in the immediate area even to grab something quick unless you want McDonalds which is next door. 'Everyyhing here is broken, elevator, ice, pool all out of order. Room was clean but bathroim had stains everywhere. Shower valve was puy in wrong so only a luke warm shower both days. People hanging out in parking lit at 4am when i left.'

'We loved staying at the Harborview Inn! While it’s an older hotel, it has absolute charm with beautiful views. The rooms are adorable and very spacious. The staff has also really amazing and I could not have asked for a better trip. '
