Nearby Smithville is a charming small town known for its historic downtown, local shops, restaurants, and easy access to the lake.

**Please note the 4th bedroom is an open style loft with no door. All pets must be approved by us in advance of your booking. NO parties or locals guests allowed to book this property. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation allowed at the property at all times. We recommend having a car for your stay. The home provides plenty of entertainment, but a car is best if you`d like to leave for nearby restaurants and coffee. The driveway is very steep. Please use caution when pulling in and out. We do not provide propane for the BBQ grill or firepit.
