« The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a night early because we could not get any sleep with noise. Evening staff were not super helpful. « Room was clean check in staff was fabulous and room was cozy, we were in a room facing a construction site so it was loud and woke us early… whisked we would have been told at the time of booking in that there was construction around the facility, they sent a not about express way which was not accurate… the breakfast was also no so good, the bacon was crumbled so bad it looked like bacon bits and the eggs were wet and runny. »
