« Our stay was great! Location was in a good area within walking distance to most things in the heart of downtown Savannah and only about a half hour from Tybee beach. Our place was quiet and clean. Perfect space for me and 4 of my friends. Would stay again! :) »

« We only stayed for 3 nights but it was a great, comfortable stay. Everything was clean and plenty of supplies. This is not technically a beach front but you get on the beach in less than 5 minutes. If we went back to Tybee I would definitely use this property again. »

« This was the perfect little condo. Although it says it sleeps 6 and theres no way id try to put 6 people in there. But we had a great week and this place was very clean and very comfortable. »

« We enjoyed our stay in the historic district condo. It was cozy and well equipped for our dinners. However, I wish we could have used the grill. We really enjoyed the outdoor garden area to sit at and relax with a beverage. We weren't able to park in the garage because our suburban was too big. Thankfully we were not ticketed by having our car hang over the driveway a little bit! »

« Perfect for us. Close to the beach, close to the stairs, close to the elevator. Convenient parking, the bikes are in very good shape. Nice beach chairs. Good experience. »

« The place was right in the beach. It was clean and everything worked…coffee maker, dishwasher, washer. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. The location is perfect for all things Tybee. Only complaint is that access onto the beach is not easy…big, steep drop, no stairs. Totally recommend this place. »
