'The parking situation is not good!'

'The pool was disgusting and had clumps of hair floating in it. Same as the hot tub. Only good thing about this place was the breakfast and the guy helping run the breakfast area. He was very kind and helpful. '

'Smoke detector in room was sitting on the dresser, bugs in bathroom, mold under mat in bathtub, no extra lock on door, pool was closed when we got there. Believe they had a lot of ppl complain so they reopened it, breakfast food half the time was cold. '

'You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site.'

'The room had bugs, room wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty. Front desk knew nothing about the reservation. Didn’t even look at the computer. It was disgusting'

'Rooms, staff. The entire place was a biohazard and couldn’t even get a refund. Debating calling the board of health on this place. Even provided pictures of the facility and hotel or Expedia couldn’t even get me a refund when we didn’t stay there. '

'Get what you pay for. Stayed here last minute for a wrestling tournament. Room has cockroachs, holes in walls, ac/heat didn't work, dirty, whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Don't waste your time '

'Room wasspotless and staff was great'

'Clean, spacious room. Kids loved the pool and game room. Best hotel breakfast hands down. We travel a great deal for kids sporting events, will definitely stay here again!'

'Were impressed with the room and staff. Had to be gone for a few hours and when we came back there was no place to park. Had to park at parking lot for neighboring hotel. Would still come back. '

'Everything was nice and clean. The front door was not working so we had to use the side doors. '

'Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. '

'Curtains in room appeared to have multiple blood stains on them. Bathroom toilet ran constantly, had to frequently push down on the handle to get it to stop running. Fan in bathroom had a short in the circuit.'

'This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. '

'Pool was great! The morning breakfast server was very friendly even when we lost and hour with day light savings'
