This home does not have air conditioning however it typically remains comfortable due to the higher elevation and fans that are available for your use.

Thank you for booking your vacation rental through Keylink, LLC vacation rentals. This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between and among the below named Parties. For and in consideration of the promises, agreements, and other good and valuable consideration exchanged herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the Parties agree as stated herein.

1. Premises Rental and License

1.2 Rental Rate and Deposits

Deposit Due Date: As specified in the information provided with the online listing and reservation.
Pet Policy, Pet Fee, Pet Deposit, As specified in the information provided with Limitations: the online listing and reservation. If pets are permitted there is a non-refundable pet fee in the amount specified in the information provided with the online listing and reservation, and must be paid at the time of reservation.
1.3 Grant of License
Homeowner grants to Guest a license to use the premises designated and described above (the “Premises”), together with the furnishings located therein. The license is for the permissive use of the Premises for the Permitted Use (defined below), without granting any real property interest in the Premises, and is non-exclusive and revocable. The license is personal to the Guest and is non-transferable and non-assignable by Guest. Guest agrees it does not have any real property interest in the Premises by virtue of this Agreement and/or the license.
1.4 Rental Payment
Guest will pay the Rental Rate for the Rental Period by the Rental Rate Due Date, and all other deposits by their respective due dates. Failure to pay the Rental Rate or any other deposit when due will deny the Guest possession of the Premises. The Rental Rate payment, terms, and conditions are further explained in the Payment Terms section on the checkout web page for the vacation rental. Guest knowingly acknowledges and agrees it has reviewed these terms carefully and they are incorporated in this Agreement by this reference.
1.5 Rental Period
72 hours prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will receive check-in instructions. The term of the license for Guest’s occupancy of the Premises commences and concludes on the dates and times described as the Arrival Date and Departure Date (the “Rental Period”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Upon the expiration or termination of the license and/or this Agreement, the license granted hereunder is automatically and immediately terminated, and Guest will immediately vacate the Premises. Guest may request a late check-out at least 24 hours prior to the departure date and time. There is no guarantee of availability for a late check out, and Manager may approve or deny such request, in its sole discretion. If Guest does not vacate the Premises in strict conformity with the Departure Date (or has written permission from Manager), Guest will be charged a $50 fee for every 60-minute period until 1:00 p.m. MST following the checkout time on the Departure Date (or has written permission). An unapproved check out after 1:00 p.m. MST on the Departure Date will result in the charge of an additional night, plus taxes, to be billed directly to Guest.
1.6 Permitted Use
“Permitted Use” means the use and occupancy of the Premises only as a short-term private vacation residence, strictly limited to the number of Max Overnight Occupants, and for no other purpose. If Guest exceeds the Max Overnight Occupants at the Premises, it is a breach and default of this Agreement. Homeowner is not responsible for providing any additional equipment or furnishings not located in/on the Premises at the commencement of the Rental Period. Locked-off areas are reserved for the use of the Homeowner and are not a part of the Premises.
1.7 Minimum Age Requirement
No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. Guest may be required to provide a copy of driver’s license for verification of age.

This is a worn out older complex and the overall impression it leaves one with is that these people are not trying very hard. To be fair, the kitchen has been updated and is nice, however, the microwave takes two hands to open, there isn't a screen on the window in the kitchen so you can't leave it open and there is a sign that says don't move the rug in the hallway because the floor is damaged. The small back stoop would be a great place to sit but it only has two small metal folding chairs that are ill suited for the purpose since they are not on a base that doesn't fall through the cracks. Again, to be fair, the bathrooms are updated and small but functional with decent water pressure. But, the sink drains slow because no one has bothered to spend 15 minutes fixing that. We had a nice time, it is a nice place to be and wake up with a lovely private feeling because you are looking out on the huge open area and you can walk out of your back door and be on a beautiful easy trail in 30 yards. The people are the problem, not the place.

Nice location with new bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very old and were not Queen mattresses as advertised. Dresser stroage could be improved. The pool and hot tub also peaked in 1988. Convenient to visit the slopes but probably looking elsewhere next time.

Less than stellar...

The location is great and the layout of the condo is nice for families. However, there are some key issues that you should be aware of before renting this condo. 1.The condo is ill-equipped to cook for a family. The kitchen does not have enough plates and pots/pans to cook adequately. 2. The condo did not adequate cleaning supplies: It did not have enough trash bags, no hand soap, limited dish soap, and used sponges. I don't think guests should have to supply those items 3. The first night, there were mechanical noises that sounded like a sliding door making it almost impossible to sleep. I emailed the property managers who wanted me to record the sound in the middle of the night?!? Mechanical sounds continued throughout our stay but not as bad as the first night. 4. Beds are memory foam...so if you do not like this type of mattress, be warned. 5. Dirty towels were left in the one bathroom and it was obvious that the floor was not vacuumed. Sheets did not appear to be cleaned in the one bedroom. I called the property manager and was told that the room was cleaned; no offer to come and replace sheets or pick up the dirty towels. 7. Then, the last night we had no hot water; after reaching out to the management company they just said we are aware of it and hope to have it fixed by the next morning. I understand that problems happen, but it was just frustrating. 8. No covered parking; this was disclosed but keep this in mind if you don't want to clean your car.

Clean and easy access. Lots of very strange noises all night every night. Sounds like a sliding closet door. Kitchen was a little sparse for dishes. Living room furniture had to be from IKEA. Not very comfortable. Welcome gift chocolates were awesome. Hot tub was a cesspool. Maintenance needed.

Basic but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We enjoyed the fireplace and the great movie selection. It could have been cleaner, and the shower curtain in the main bathroom was an issue...it was way too short and water got all over the bathroom when we showered!

Lots of snow and we had to shovel stairway and around cats in parking lot. Lot was not kept clean from snow. Lots of dust bunnies and more under couch, behind beds and dressers. No wood inside for fireplace. Overall rating: would not stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest. They were very accommodating and shifted our dates by a day when we encountered an unexpected delay on our road trip. We enjoyed the welcome basket, location, and space of the condo. It’s close to town and a good central location for the area.

Nice Condo - Close to hiking trails

We spent a weekend in July hiking elk country up north of Kremmling. Also hiked a nice trail that is less than a mile from the condo. Nice view out back deck. No air conditioning but that was not a problem as it was cool at night.

wonderful stay!

We had a great time enjoying the condo in Wilderness! Backs to scenic national forest, hot tub and pool were wonderful, everything you need to cook and enjoy a stay in the mountains, at your fingertips!

Met the need, rather outdated and plain

Easy access, kitchen stocked ok. Furniture is dirty and old. Had to reposition the curtain rod so water would not go everywhere. Fluffing a tissue box does not make for a personal touch. Appreciated the gift basket. The area was shoveled and plowed well. So, not horrible.

It was very nice and was perfect for our family.

There was one issue. The pull out couch had dried-what appeared to be-urine spots and had black spots on it. My son would not sleep on it. During our whole stay my kids slept one on the larger couch (not opened up) and one on the love seat. They did not have a good sleep the whole time there.
