    Cette unité du côté du golfe a une légère vue sur l'eau, mais une belle vue sur les palmiers et le ciel bleu. Cette unité a tuile toute l'unité. L'unité a été complètement rénovée en septembre 2008 !!! Profitez de la nouvelle cuisine et des nouvelles salles de bains, toutes dotées de comptoirs en granit. L'unité a un lit King et 2 lits jumeaux, et dispose d'un canapé-lit qui permet à l'unité de dormir 6. Cette unité dispose également d'une télévision et d'un magnétoscope dans les deux chambres et le salon. L'unité 305 a Internet sans fil !!

A wonderful place!

The suite is clean, quiet, fully equipped and provides comfortable bedding. It’s very well located, surrounded by various restaurants and stores. We definitely will rent it again when travelling to Siesta key.

It’s ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week and our rental was gorgeous inside. Although it stocked there are no spices for cooking, limited towels, and Ac unit is controlled with a sign stating if set below, you’ll loose your deposit. You’re only allowed one vehicle so if traveling with several, it’s 20.00 a day for extra parking. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Unfortunately for us the people above us ran around their place all night, drunk people slamming around in the hallway, and someone burnt something in their apartment it took hours to clear out the smell of burnt plastic.

Children running and jumping in pool, parents throwing the kids in pool, toy all over pools area. If you did not rent a canopy or umbrella you were out of luck to enjoy view of the beach and ocean. Our room was very outdated. The furniture was so torn and worn.

We had a very relaxing and fabulous experience and the accommodations were great.
