'The hotel is right next to a major road. The actual rooms and hotel look nothing like the pictures. We were told our reservation wasn’t confirmed when we first got there and that a room wasn’t ready for check in. I tried to cancel the stay and kindly requested a refund from the hotel since we decided to change to a different hotel. They denied the refund. The night there was terrible. 'I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars. I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to. 'Es un hotel cumplidor. Ya me había hospedado ahí y sigue igual de bien, tiene buenas instalaciones y servicio.. me gustó que es pet friendly y pude llevar a mi perro que no tenía donde dejar... El desayuno está sencillo pero completo. Lo único que no me gustó fué que en la madrugada se apagó el A/C, pero unas horas después regresó.'
