'Excellent facilities, kaiseki and even better staff and their hospitality!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

'清潔な客室、スタッフ、スパ、共に良かったです！'

'Stayed 2 days with a friend. Food was outstanding but two days food quantity was different. First day was way more than the second day, but I enjoyed so much both days. The room was so nice and enjoyed every moment of it. When we consumed beer in the room I asked to refill and it happened in 20seconds. I love to revisit the place.'

'Food was very good and staff was so friendly. I stayed Suizantei after this hotel and the staff arranged transport without me asking. I got to stay in the room after check out time. I loved the room and all the snacks they provided in between meals. I even used the book library area to read some books. Highly recommend!'
