« The staff were courteous and helpful. The capsule was large enough to sit up in if you're 5'7 or less. It was clean, sheets & towels were provided. The beds were hard and the showers would intermittently go ice cold. Not ok when you are in the middle of your shower & all covered with soap. There needs to be a way to deal with inconsiderate guests. There were several extra noisy guests, but no-one to handle them. It's probably ok when compared to other hostels, but it didn't work well for us. »

« People are very kind and location is excellent. We ate at the restaurant most nights and really enjoyed everything we ate and drank!! Shabu shabu, ghengis khan, hot pot, cheese fries, beers on draft and the recommended sake! »
