'Wataya = WOW! From the second we arrive... I'm so happy Aaron chose this place. The staff is a family that has owned and operated this wonderful house for 7 generations! We chill in the onsen chatting loudly as we are the only guests today, return to the room to relax looking at the garden during twilight. Dinner is served! We did a poor job at informing them of my friend's restricted diet... The proprieter is so generous! She grabs a frozen pizza from her home to feed my buddy... I'm stuffed by...

'Met onze familie hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. De onsen, de kamer, de vriendelijke ontvangst, de verzorgde maaltijden met soms echte kunstwerkjes, en dat alles in een uniek kader. het was een terugkeer in de tijd. Pure kalmte en rust. Prachtige ervaring.'

'隣に体育館、向かいに果物屋がある、一見日帰り温泉のような施設でした。館内は奥行があり、古さは感じるものの、お雛様の飾りや屏風など細やかな装飾もあり清潔で、必要十分でした。 洗顔・クレンジング・シャンプーのアメニティが部屋になかったこと、布団を自分で敷くスタイルだったこと、空調機の音が大きかったことが気になりました。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても感じの良い方で、お料理も美味しかったです。'

'Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand!
