I love this place. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They made sure we had a working hot tub and went above and beyond to make our stay so special for our anniversary. The house was beyond clean, spacious, and a wonderful place for a family. My local family were so happy to have the back patio to spend time and make up for lost time since we live so far from each other. We loved the space and will definitely stay again. Five stars does not give this home or these hosts enough kudos for all they do make their space and trips so magical. Thank you doesn’t say enough and I cannot recommend this place enough!! This will be our new stop when we visit family and there are not enough words to praise this place enough!

We had a great time at our stay. The house was clean and spacious. The back porch and patio area were awesome offering privacy while still in a neighborhood. Close to everything in town. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely consider this home again if in the area.

The house is conveniently located to the Cooper Steel Arena which was perfect for us as we were competing at the arena and wanted to be close to our horses. We would have given a 5 rating on cleanliness but it felt like the place had only been surface cleaned . There were cob webs in most rooms which is likely bc no one had stayed there recently. The bedding and towels need an upgrade as they were faded and thin. Still we would stay there again and recommend it with these few items taken care of.

A Shelbyville Treasure

My husband and I drove up to Shelbyville to attend an event a the Nearest Green Distillery. We usually come up and make it a day trip (only 3.5 drive from Atlanta). But this time, we decide to make a weekend of it. I was so happy to find this listing! This home is gorgeous, spacious, well appointed, bright, airy, fun, and the yards (front and back) are gorgeous. And its extremely family friendly! My husband asked me not to give a review because he wanted to gatekeep this Beauty for ourselves LOL.But I HAVE to shout it from the rooftops, this home is a winner!! The hosts deserve all the stars. Comfy bed in the primary (we didn't use the secondary bedrooms), Roku TVs EVERYWHERE!! Huge kitchen with lots of counter space. Natural light. Lots of windows. Close to Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniel's distilleries. Lovely neighborhood! 10s across the board!

Shelbyville Family Getaway

Russ’s property was the perfect landing pad for my family and I who were visiting for a week to celebrate a wedding. The property was very clean and not only big enough and well stocked to accommodate our large group, but the game room and hot tub were added bonuses for relaxation and fun too. We had a great time and would gladly stay here again.

Family Reunion

I have been coming to Shelbyville my entire life for family reunions and have always stayed in motels, but never again! This house was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, lovely amenities like the air hockey, pool table and hot tub. The layout was exactly what our group needed and I hope this house is always available for our future stays!

Perfect Stay in Shelbyville

We really enjoyed this property at our recent stay in Shelbyville, TN! It was quiet, clean and close proximity to the Celebration. Communication with the owners was always timely and they had accommodated our request to add a couple days to our stay. We will certainly look to book this property again on our next trip to Shelbyville.
