NEW 8BR Cabin | Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Views

This spacious 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath mountain cabin is designed with both comfort and adventure in mind. It features 7 king suites with private ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room, offering plenty of space for families or groups. Step out onto the expansive decks to take in sweeping views of the Smoky Mountains, enjoy a swim in the private indoor heated pool, or relax in the hot tub surrounded by fresh mountain air. Inside, a game room with arcade machines provides hours of entertainment, while the BBQ grill and outdoor seating area are perfect for gathering and sharing meals. Whether you're here to explore the outdoors or unwind in a modern, rustic setting, this cabin offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

First Story/Entry Level:

- Large chef's kitchen features full size appliances, granite counter tops, and kitchen island with bar seating
- Fully stocked coffee station with Keurig, drip coffee pot, K cups, ground coffee, filters, and sweetener for the perfect cup of coffee to start off your morning
- Laundry room with full size washer and dryer with starter essentials
- Dining area just off the kitchen features dining tables with seating for everyone
- Living room with indoor fireplace, large TV, sleeper sofa, and views of the mountains beyond
- Covered deck overlooking the mountains, outdoor dining table, rocking chairs and grill
- All four main level bedrooms include a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom
- Indoor heated pool with half bathroom & hot tub with mountain views

Upstairs Level:

Four additional bedrooms are located upstairs including:
- Three additional king bedrooms--one has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping
- Bunk room with queen-over-queen bunk
- Upstairs living area has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping
- Game room with pool table and a variety of arcade games.

- Private driveway can easily accommodate 10+ vehicles

We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

- Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: K cups, ground coffee, coffee filters, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods

PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need to any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees.

EVENTS: We are happy to consider special events hosted at our home. Please contact us for event pricing. Events subject to event pricing include weddings, elopements, receptions, retreats, etc.

STAIRS: This home does have stairs to access the second level. There are five stairs to access the front door from the road.

MOUNTAIN ROAD DISCLAIMER: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all mountain roads off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep, and unlit. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting!

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras located at the front entrance of the home and at the exterior of the pool house. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home only.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $1000 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

The place was great with lots of games, indoor pool, and hot tub that always gave us something to do while relaxing at the cabin. Owner was attentive and always answered promptly to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommended to everyone.
