The cabin is exactly how it looks in the pictures but what is missing from the pictures means more that what is there. 1st thing when you pull in there are neighbors directly on the left, rear
and across the street in plain view. So “private”is not an option. We are pet lovers and had our dog with us so it isn’t that we don’t like pets but the dog across the street never stops barking when it is out.
The yard is not partially fenced in as the description states.
It was cold for several days when we stayed 30ish degrees. The ductless mini splits that cool the place are not big enough to heat the place in cold weather. There is a lp gas radiant vent free heater by the front door that the service man could not get working. So we were told to run the small electric stand heaters to stay warm. Of course we wouldn’t run them when we were sleeping as a safety concern so when we got up in the morning the cabin was 52 degrees. The response we got from the owner was hopefully the electric heaters will keep the cabin warm. The floors were so cold you can’t sit and watch tv with your feet on the floor without shoes on.
The sofa had several holes in It with stuffing hanging out. The seat cushions or frame are so broke down that you fall to the center of the couch if you try to sit on either end.
I know it is early spring but the lawn had not been mowed since who knows when it was so over grown. This is not the condition I would expect from a cabin resort rental.
