Hi! We are Chris and Georgia, a husband and wife team and not a rental company. We have worked meticulously to create a super comfortable and cozy setting that feels like home and not a temporary stay. Over The Mountain is a beautiful private cabin nestled on a one acre lot in the trees located 6 miles (14 min) from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and is convenient to all of the area attractions including Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Mt Leconte, hiking the Dome, Cades Cove, restaurants, shopping, outdoor sports and the rest that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park has to offer. The relaxed, serene setting is ideal for honeymooners, small families or just a couple's getaway for that dream vacation in one of the most beautiful places on Earth!

Your cabin has some pretty sweet features, among them...

A very private new hot tub that is drained, sanitized and refilled after every visit and an HDTV set up for viewing while tubbing! Complimentary YouTubeTV for live TV included.

60 game classic arcade in a genuine Jack Daniels whiskey barrel with Ms Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga and 57 others (no quarters needed) : ) as well as various board games

Brand new top of the line full house water filtration system so you will be bathing in and drinking the cleanest water possible

Three Smart TVs along with 300mbps high speed internet, the downstairs TV has Samsung Plus for hundreds of free programs and all TVs come with a complimentary subscription to YouTube TV for live channel viewing. Bring your log-ins for Netflix/Hulu/Apple TV etc.

Bedroom: KING size bed in the main with super comfortable memory foam pillow top mattress to melt you to sleep.

Downstairs: Choice of QUEEN size pull out couch bed (not super comfortable for adults) or QUEEN size inflatable air mattress that is very comfortable for anyone.

Washer/dryer with soap included in case you need to do any laundry

Cook a romantic dinner in the full kitchen with granite countertops, pots, pans and utensils

Dishwasher for easy cleanup of that aforementioned romantic dinner : )

Cuddle up on the couch with the gas log fireplace (turned off during the summer)

Grill up a steak dinner with the gas grill

Choose between a front porch swing or two rocking chairs on the front porch or a comfortable patio set with ottomans and small table to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage with your sweetheart

You can feel like you're taking a bath in the trees with the jacuzzi tub upstairs with big windows looking out into your private woods or take a shower with the soap and shampoo provided

Circular driveway for easy arrival, parking and departure

We provide drip style coffee maker and bean grinder (please bring your favorite coffee),dishwashing soap, bath soap, shampoo, fresh linens, towels and a beautiful setting for making memories!

You have full access to everything in the cabin, it is yours so please treat it with the respect it deserves. Like most cabins this one is on a well and septic system so please be mindful of water usage (if you take 30 minute showers there is a chance you will be without water for a time) and PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS. Thank you!

We are available 24/7 via text/email. We like to provide our housekeeping with enough time to make the cabin super clean and tidy for the next guests so we can not offer early check in or check out but we will do our best to accommodate you depending on that day.

You will get an exclusive code to access the cabin so no keys required.

We want there to be no surprises so please take the time to look through the photos and ask any questions you may have before booking. We want you to see and know what you would be getting if you should decide to stay with us. We promise to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

This cabin is in the woods so you will highly likely occasionally hear critters like squirrels, raccoons, hawks, possums, woodpeckers, songbirds and if you're lucky you might spot a bear!

The road to the cabin is well paved and there are multiple outlets to get to different parts of the area depending on what the day's activities call for.

We love animals but please, NO PETS.

All guests MUST be 21 years or older unless there is a parent/guardian present. Message us if you do not meet this requirement and if you have previous positive reviews we will consider your request, thanks for your understanding.

If you plan to come and be loud and obnoxious and party then please do not rent this cabin.

You are coming to the most visited and gorgeous National Park in America, the great Smoky Mountains! Go out and explore, there is an unlimited amount of amazing things to experience. In our welcome letter we will let you in on some of our favorite things to do/see/eat/drink etc. After your day of fun come back to your relaxing retreat and unwind in the hot tub, play some games, watch some HD TV or enjoy an adult beverage on the private screened in deck and listen to the natural soundtrack outside. Most of all, ENJOY!

SECOND CABIN AVAILABLE FOR LARGER GROUPS: Please contact us if you have a larger family or group and interested in renting the other cabin we have on the same street, each cabin will accommodate four guests that we recommend keeping to couples or families with smaller children.
