The cabin was beautiful and everything was very clean and looked new. The games room, movie theatre and bunk beds were all on the lower floor, so were perfect for the kids, while the adults were able to stay on the ground floor and enjoy the kitchen and sitting area. The cabin was very well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable. Access to the cabin was no issue (main road most of the way and then a short gravel road up to the cabin). Used the grill and hot tub without any issues. Would recommend this cabin wholeheartedly. Billy and Elisabeth were both fantastic, responding to our messages very quickly and giving good recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!!

Incredible

We rented this home to attend a family wedding in Pigeon Forge. The cabin’s setting is beautiful and the cabin was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the decks, fire circle and game room! Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay with beautiful property.

House was very clean and well maintained. Nice quiet area with a good view. Only thing is it says 6 bedrooms, yet one is an open area that I wouldn’t really consider a room more of an extra sleeping area. Other than that it was great!

GREAT Family Vacation

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Billy and Elizabeth's home. It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the movie room at night for family movies and the game room always had activity!!! The kitchen is well equipped for making meals for 10 people! And we loved being able to all sit around the table for dinner! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this is one of only a few where we can all sit at the table together for meals, games and conversation. The back porch on the property is sweet. We also had a great time around the fire pit while some of us played in the hot tub. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT TO GO TO ALL THE ACTIVITIES IN GATLINBURG, PIGEON FORGE AND SEVIERVILLE EASILY. That being said~the location is also very private~which we enjoyed after our busy days out and about in the area. One of the best parts of this location is working with Billy and Elizabeth. They are awesome hosts and answered ANY question that I had.

A Beautiful Cabin

Overall it was a great stay, but there was a few things wrong. First there was glass on one of the decks my sister found and we had to clean up so our little kids didn't get it. Then the game table had wires underneath hanging out and burnt my uncles fingers because he felt something shocking his leg. When we walked in the house it smelt like deep fried fish and he showers had hair in them. I also think there needs to be so grips on the steps and around the hot tub because it was so slick people fell. Despite all of that it was a beautiful cabin. The location was great and peaceful. Wifi worked great and we loved the movie theater.

Great Cabin

Great house, 4 Full bedrooms with king size bed, an open loft with a king bed as well, then downstairs room with 2 sets of bunk beds. 3 beds upstairs that share 1 bathroom so keep that in mind. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved the game room and movie theatre the most. Spent every night playing pool and cards at the poker table We absolutely would stay here again. Road coming in was a little confusing in the dark, but the owners gave us great directions and we got there just fine 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and all the fun. Gatlinburg is 10 miles away, but with traffic it still took 1 hour, also something to keep in mind if you don’t know the areas and are looking forward to Downtown Gatlinburg. Overall we really loved the house and all the cool amenities

Great Place and Great Hosts

The property is great for a family gathering. The game room and theater room are perfect for all. The fire pit was my favorite and in a great spot. We had no issues with anything. The hosts were prompt and very informative. We will be back.

Spring Break

We stayed here with family and friends for spring break. This is a wonderful home. It is well stocked and has really been kept clean and nice. We really appreciated all of the baby gear and the game room and movie theater for the children. The owners communicated very well and has the house so organized that you can pretty much find the answer to your questions in the house itself. We are looking forward to going again.

Me and my family traveled from Mississippi, others came from Memphis and Detroit Michigan! We enjoyed it soooo much and would always like to book this cabin. The spaciousness was impeccable. Senior Trip

We had 11 teenagers with us on a Senior trip. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The drive up to the house was a bit rough, but we were warned when booking the house. And, it was worth it for the privacy (teens can be a bit loud).

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Our party was able to enjoy the hot tub, the pool table, various arcade games, and an Air hockey table. We also had a wonderful time with the little ones watching Christmas movies in the theater! The hosts are very quick to reply and are very gracious and helpful even when the questions you’re asking is information you should have right at your fingertips. The checkout process was the easiest of any VRBO I’ve been to. That’s probably one of the most stressful times for me is when we’re trying to leave. The list in most rentals is so long and I’m always so worried that they’re going to want to charge me a fee on top of the cleaning fee that I’ve already paid because of the meticulous instructions they give. This was straightforward and simple. First time I’ve ever been to a rental like this where I didn’t have to strip my own sheets! The outside had plenty of room to run around for the young ones in our party. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great only one problem.

The stay was amazing, nice and easy check in, quiet neighborhood. Really good response time, everything works, plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. Although, it was a little difficult to find. An arrow that points to the cabin at the fork of the rode with the address number would help a lot! Other than that no complaints.

Awesome Cabin & Location-Clean, Private & Spacious Family Getaway!

This beautiful cabin was very clean and well maintained. The location is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. It was private and we felt like we had our own space in the woods. We brought three generations of our family and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook. The game room and movie theater was enjoyed by all!! I will definitely visit again!

Quite a nice quiet place especially for a big group of people The house is equipped quite well for relaxing... Billy and Elizabeth I will try to make you comfortable for the entire time you are on vacation, it is easy to communicate with them... Perhaps there will be only 1 remark that there are quite a lot of spiders and cobwebs, which made us a little wary, but we understand that this is a forest. It was nice to all gather around the fire to take photos for memories, the location is also quite good.
