Welcome to Eagles perch! Eagles Perch is a beautiful, cozy cabin, perfect for honeymoons, couples and small family getaways and boasts a spectacular view over the surrounding Smoky Mountains. The cabin is ideally located at the top of Hidden Springs Resort in Pigeon Forge, only a short drive to Dollywood, Dolly's Splash Country and all the attractions, shopping and dining in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cabin offers wifi, a hot tub, games, Resort Pool, parking for 1 vehicle and is wheelchair friendly with a ramp for easy access (zero-step entry).

Main Level:
This single story cabin offers floor to ceiling windows and a spacious open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bedroom.

The living room features two sofa sleepers, a recliner rocker, a large Smart-HDTV mounted above the electric fireplace, a DVD player, Satellite TV and WiFi. Next to the living room is a pub table with chairs and the multi-functional pool table which can be converted into a ping-pong table as well as an air hokey table. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the dining table has seating for four.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, electric fireplace, large HDTV and a full bathroom.

The deck features a Hot Tub, a gas grill, rockers and a table with chairs.

Guests staying at Eagles Perch have access to the year-round heated indoor swimming pool located in the Hidden Springs Resort!

The cabin was nice but needs to be updated. Cabinets and doors wouldn’t stay closed. Fireplace barely worked, couldn’t see the flames. Outside furniture needs to be painted and or replaced. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper as well. The scenic views were absolutely stunning!!

Just ok

The view is wonderful. Unfortunately the house is outdated with the pictures showing what it used to look like. The cabin was sort of clean, but the floors in the bathroom were clearly not moped anytime recently and silverware had dried on food for example. The drive is only possible with an SUV or truck, but this is expected considering the view. There is not a designated parking spot, you sort of have to park along side the cabin and that barely fit our single vehicle. To give you an idea, everyday my fiancee had to turn the truck around in a very tight spot and then drive forward in order for me to even get into the truck. The pool table is ok, but as usual we could not play because there was no chalk and the poolsticks were completely blunt. The hot tub was nice, but prefer cleaner. I was shocked to see no salt or pepper. I understand not having a full spice rack, but have never stayed in a place that didn't have basic salt and pepper. The pans were trash, but again somewhat expected. The final morning we had no hot water, so I can't express how frustrating it was to wake up to take a long drive on a winter morning and not be able to take a hot shower. Not sure what happened because the water was very hot any other day. Its like we had a shared water heater or something. Literally woke up and had not used any water and could not get a single faucet to give even warm water. Internet is terrible, had to use our own hotspot.

Eagles perch, great view, convenient location

These cabins are nice and cozy! Becoming somewhat dated for the pricing but probably mostly a location reason. Cabins are a mile or so past dolly wood, down a very curvy narrow road with many blind spots and hills. The roads up the mountain to each cabin are very very very steep (45* or greater angle literally), i do not suggest staying here unless you have a very healthy vehicle with a good parking brake, transmission, tires!! Parking at eagles perch cabin is very awkward as there is no true designated spot like many other cabins have. You just have to park along side the front of cabin as close as you can get to let other people be able to get by as your in the road way no matter what you do. The steps/porch to the cabin need some repair as they sag when you step on them. The cabin itself is nice and decorated decently but definitely could use a refresh. Shower heads have very little water pressure. Pool table was not level, and has loose sides causing for a unaccurate game. Soft spot in floor behind recliner next to front wall adjacent to 1/4 bath entry. Hot tub cover pivot arm bracket on left side of hot tub was broke on our arrival causing it to be difficult to open/close hot tub cover. Hot tub was very greasy feeling in the water but appeared clean otherwise. Deck needs attention, near hot tub is several nails poking up that if stepped on bare footed could result in injury, and the railings do not look to be in good enough condition to prevent a kid or animal from fall through railing. Overall i would rent from this place again, nice customer service and easy over the phone check in/out. Convenient location and price is not to high but as time goes on i would definitely expect renovations to furniture and fixtures at minimum. Dont let my review scare you just take all expectations with a grain of salt and know these are well used cabins. Pros: clean comfortable bed Very hot water Convenient location Lots of room for entertaining 2 bathrooms even only having 1 bed Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher Stainless newer appliances that work great Cons: older hot tub w/ issues but works Spider webs or dust webs on ceiling's Weak shower faucets Old porch with soft spot on ramp Older weak deck railing A few deck floor nails popping up Well used furniture/rugs No dedicated parking

Very cozy & clean

The place was super clean & cozy. Highly recommend for small families. The deck was not safe for our little morkie because she was able to fit through the deck rail. Not a big deal though. I would stay here again.

Amazing View and a super Cozy Cabin!

My husband and I booked this cabin to get away (no kids) to rest and relax. The location was perfect and close to everything! The view was spectacular and we loved watching the sunset each night. We rocked on the porch with our coffee each morning and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. Loved having the pool table and smart tv. It was a great getaway and we will definitely be back. :)

Beautiful view

The property was very clean and had a fantastic view. We had front row seats from our deck to see the firework show at Dollywood. The only thing I wish we had since we stayed in December was Christmas decorations. There was no tree or anything. Otherwise a nice property.

Overall and good stay.

Cleaning could have been better. The amount of dust was ridiculous, and easily could’ve been wiped down. Cobwebs were bad throughout the cabin. Also, the big windows in the living room were pretty nasty. I’m a clean freak, so these things bother me. Had a nice jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, it was nice, but you couldn’t fill up the tub even half way before water running out. No point in having that big of a tub if you can’t fill it up with hot water and enjoy it. Our stay was good - other than these slight issues, but won’t stay at this cabin again in the future. Will try and find another one to enjoy!

Mini get away

My fiancé, three children (7, 10, 12), and our fur baby had an absolute blast! So peaceful and relaxing! And the view... breathtaking!! The kids enjoyed the hot tube and pool table. Will definitely be back!!

Cute 1 bedroom cabin great view

Eagle's Perch was a cute 1 bedroom cabin super close to Dollywood and everything you could need in Pigeon Forge. Directions to the cabin were easy to follow and the cabin itself was clean when we arrived. Even though the cabin is one bedroom there was plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long hike in the Smokies. Our only complaint was the lack of sheets for the pull out couches and the fact that one of the pull out beds was broken (the head of bed wouldn't stay up). These complaints, however, didn't hinder our visit at all and would recommend Eagle's Perch to other families. Please note that if you have a larger truck like we do, the parking is extremly tight! (We had to exit on one side of the vehicle). Look forward to returning again in the future!

Do Not Waist your money! Hidden Springs Resort should STAY HIDDEN! Worst cabin rentals ever! The moment of walking into the cabin the feeling was extremely Not Welcoming to say the least! The cabin was very dirty. Pictures on VRBO are very deceiving and altered somehow. The floors, walls, cabinets, couches, pillows, comforter for bed, rugs and doors had not been cleaned in months! Floors were brown and black from dirt, cabinets we very dirty from finger prints and stuck on food. The rugs and couches smelled and were sticky to the touch. We used our own blankets to put over the couches to sit on. The large window to look out to the beautiful mountain view was very dirty and cracked. We visited the nearest store and purchased a mop, rags, and many cleaning products just to feel comfortable to stay overnight. We called the Resorts Customer Service many times, we never received a call back. We also emailed. The email we received back is that they could possibly send someone out to clean on Christmas Eve Night. Completely unacceptable during our contactless stay during the rising numbers with COVID-19. Not only would we have to sit in our vehicle and wait while some one goes inside with all of our things, it is impossible to clean the cabin the way it needed to be cleaned in less than four hours at the least. As I spent over an hour on the floors. The sponge and cloths I cleaned with were black from cleaning. Completely ruined our Christmas stay. As most of the area lost power Christmas day due to the storm, no one had anyway of getting back down the mountain due to the roads being iced over. We did what we had to do and hunkered down for the cold night ahead of us. We stayed in the cabin over night with the thermostat reading 35 Degrees. As it was extremely exhausting and freezing. The cabin offered no extra blankets just basic thin bedding. Complete nightmare! The fireplace is a decoration only. No way of heat and no tank. FYI stay in a cabin with a wood burning fireplace. There was no way of getting any kind of answer from the Customer Service. We did receive an email after Christmas that they would be reaching out next week to people. How does this help to reach out next week being stuck on a mountain????? We would have HOPED for more contact via email, phone call or ANY information during or after the power outage as we were all from out of state and stranded on this mountain. Left detailed review on google w/ pictures.

The cabin was very nice except for the uncomfortable bed. I had to purchase a foam topper after the 1st night. Very small parking space. The cabin above us sat on a very steep hill that was covered in cans and bottles. That cabin had occupants that had loud party on the deck 2 nights in a row with loud music , screams and vulgar language into the wee hours of night so we got little sleep.

Eagle's Perch - Entirely Pleased

CLEAN! Great view. It is in a cabin "sprawl" but once in the cabin it seemed very private. Nice game table. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Parking is limited to one vehicle.
