☑︎ The cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are absolutely forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you.

☑︎ This is not next to the parkway! It is quiet, relaxing, and you can hear yourself think out here! If you want the noise, traffic, parties, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville.
