Just 20 Minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you are just a short ride away from all the attractions. That is if you get bored of playing pool, Foosball and air hockey while gathering with your friends and family.

Relax on one of the many decks and enjoy a dip in the hot tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. House was beautiful. Sleeping situation is 12 on the top floor, 14 middle floor, and 8 on the bottom floor. The beds nor the pull outs are not comfortable. Bring a mattress topper if you can.Overall, the house was nice. The main issue that we had was the drive up was sketchy at best. I would never try to pull this off with inclement weather.

Okay, but needs attention

Our biggest complaint was the mice! Mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers and on our first night, we watched one run across the kitchen counter. There was also what looked like a critter nest in the corner of one of the staircases. Ended up having to figure out where to store food so as not to wake up with mice having feasted. Called property management and they sent someone the next day, but the mice issue wasn't going to get addressed same day. There isn't nearly enough seating for the number of guests this property can accommodate, which made the 2 main dining tables the only area to sit and congregate. All the other common areas had seating arrangements for 3 people max. Could have used a couple more couches on each floor! Windows were old and falling apart, no screens so couldn't open the windows. Some broken/missing window treatments, made privacy interesting on the first floor bedroom facing the balcony. Hot tub looked questionable and we didn't even both attempting. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were relatively comfortable. Location was decent, although the road getting to the house was very narrow with switchbacks. I would avoid it when dark or with snow.

A freezing Christmas stay

Beautiful, ,love all the wood , and the layout..Not enough seating.The wall hanging, and decorations are dated and faded and need to be replaced.No emergency heat , and the cabin stayed cold.

Great for Family Reunion

We stayed at Big Bear for our first annual family reunion and had pro’s and con’s with the rental. Pro’s: -The space is perfect for families to spread out, each room having it’s own bathroom plus an extra area in the bedroom to get ready. -The beds were not too hard or soft, and all either queen or king, which is so rare to find that many in a rental! -Plenty of plates, cups, and wine glasses to go round. -Floor 2 had a foosball table and love seat in front of a big protection tv, each room had a tv as well I believe but didn’t really pay attention -The top floor had a pool table and foosball table, and an extra fridge and coffee maker, and small table - perfect for the late night crowd. -The bottom floor had a long table that fits 14 people if chairs are pulled up to the ends, and there is a small picnic table outside, and a small loveseat downstairs. If you have more people than that, they’d need to go toothed floors to eat. -The porches were so spacious on the back and side. Con’s: -The images need to be updated - there are only a few rocking chairs outside, and the gaming areas were different as well. -It could use a REaLLY good deep cleaning. The floors were dirty (don’t walk barefoot or your feet will be black), crumbs were on the tables and floors, and showers were dirty as well. -Only one roll of TP provided per restroom, so if you stay more than 2 nights, bring extra. -Grill tools are trashed, so bring your own. -No cookie sheet -Not enough forks for 16 people (everything was mismatched), but plenty of plates/cups -Hot tub was temperamental, the bubbles wouldn’t stay on the first night, the second night it was fine but definitely sandy inside -The front door lock is a joke, it could easily be kicked open, and the back door doesn’t even lock. -Some of the outlets in the kitchen don’t work, but there are plenty that do. -Definitely bring extra large trash bags as none are provided besides the starter bags. -While remote is awesome, it’s on a super narrow one lane road and we kept having to back up into people’s driveways to get out of the way. Plus there was construction on a new home and they had stuff all in the road, making it really hard to get around. Just dangerous. Not recommended for younger lesser experienced drivers. -It made no sense that a tiny love seat was in front of the big projection screen tv on floor two, it would make sense to set that up as a theater room so multiple people can enjoy.

Unexpected

The property was located about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and up a narrow, curvy hill. Once you got to the cabin, it didn't seem that bad and the 30-minute drive wasn't terrible, but in addition to the unexpected location, the cabin had many items that needed to be repaired and the cleanliness was not ideal.

Big cabin!

We had a great time renting this cabin. There is a lot of room for parking, it will hold 10 vehicles or more. It has big bed rooms with comfortable beds. It has two full size bathrooms on all three floors for a total of 6 bathrooms which is great when you have more than 20 staying in the house. The kitchen is a decent size with a huge table and lots of sitting room. The porches wrap around two sides of the cabin on all three floors so you can have privacy and great views on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It has a pool table and foose ball table and a projector screen. The only issues we had was with the hot tub was giving a fault and not running or heating up. So I was able to text the service desk and they had a maintenance technician come out and fix the issue and we were able to enjoy the hot tub. The internet is not the greatest but I think it’s satellite internet. Overall a great experience and time with family and friends and we all would recommend and rent this cabin again.

Youth Group Fun

The cabin was awesome. Our youth enjoyed everything about it. We wanted to cook our own meals and hang out. It was perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Large Roomy cabin

The cabin was very large and had lots of space. It just wasn’t very clean. It was very dusty, and had large cobwebs in the corners. The bushes are growing over the sidewalk, and it was pouring the rain, we had to walk through the mud to get in the cabin. We stayed in with family, cooked a most of the meals, but only had one dish towel for dishes. As a suggestion, for the size of the cabin it would of been nice to have more comfortable seating. There was only one couch and chair on the main level.
