'A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member'

'This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. '

'Prachtig nieuw hotel. Voor 1 nacht verbleven. De locatie staat alleen verkeerd aangegeven. Het zit niet in de hoofdstraat maar 15minuten van het centrum. De locatie die wordt aangegeven is van een ander flamingo hotel. Ze horen wel bij elkaar. Service was netjes, ze brachten ons met busje van hotel naar het juiste hotel. We kregen de grotere 2 persoonskamer zodat we met 2 kids makkelijk op de kamer konden verblijven. Heel mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon. Zwembad was alleen niet zo helder.'

'Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing...

'We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The...

'Het zwembad was geweldig. Op de derde verdieping met uitkijk op de zee en de zonsondergang. Gezellige poolbar en supervriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren ook prima en heel erg schoon. Kortom, een echte aanrader!'
