'Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again! '

'It was a great property, not fond of the location on the main street. Del Mar, extremely responsive to any call. Could’ve had a little bit better in the description of what was there and what was available on a daily basis I didn’t realize we would have someone come and make up the beds and give us fresh towels. I thought that was terrific and they did have plenty of beach towels I brought my own. I didn’t have to bring them. Tennis court was a big hit. Layout of the house was great. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at Winslow Acres! The house had so many amenities such as spices in the kitchen, lots of towels, beach chairs and even a full coffee bar for us all to enjoy.The kids spent so much time in the hot tub and heated pool. 'Spacious house for a family of four with thoughtful amenities like a new 4-burner grille and a large patio with seating. Everything was clean and fairly new including plenty of kitchen utensils. The mattresses are extra firm, so if you are not used to that it may be umcomfortable. '

Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). "Viel wat tegen. De foto's zijn een stuk mooier dan in werkelijkheid. Kleine kamer, tapijt wat smoezelig. Niet goed werkende airco, terwijl het nog geen 25 graden buiten was overdag, maar binnen 30 plus. Klein bed, ook voor een queen. "

"After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job styling the place. The only thing I missed was a good coffee! Breakfast out is also perhaps a consideration to think about, as there’s none on property, nor were the walkable ones either open or available without a long wait. This costs time. Though location wise, we found on google great coffee in Denis, great breakfast in Hyannis as well as a lot of good dinner restaurants! And best beach Mayflower just straight 18min drive north, be early or go to Howes beach. Due to being with kids this place is offering two double beds, so the price was right. Otherwise perhaps a bit high. Would go again though, or find a house to rent if we didn’t go last min again."
