Chalets in West River Trail

'Great place to stay while visiting Keene. This hotel is close to all the amenities Keene has to offer. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel looks as though it’s been recently updated. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff was kind. Dillion was eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely return to Elm City Hotel when we travel back to Keene, Nh.'

'It would probably have a better review if the power had stayed on. I realize it wasn’t their fault, but the power went off and it was out for about 12 hours.'

'The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

'We stayed for 1 night while passing through . The Room was very clean and very comfortable , love that they a non smoking rooms so they didn’t have that gross stale cigarette smell.. The bed was very comfortable, hot water in the shower was amazing ( there was a body soap/ shampoo dispenser but it was empty ) Only thing that was not great was the continental breakfast.. We went in and they had the smallest coffee maker I have ever seen which is ok I think we may have only been the only guests...
