« Great family resort. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and outdoor amenities. There were a couple of small issues but Kevin and his family were on top it, apologetic and fixed the issues quickly. Our cottage was very clean, well appointed with what we needed for our group on a 4 night stay. This family takes great care to make you feel welcome and comfortable. »

« Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

« Nice quiet location in Wellfleet harbor. Enjoyed the sunset views and the tides coming in and out, saw some seals and my baby enjoyed collecting shells on the sand. The home itself is old and vintage for sure which I understand, but needs a deep cleaning and new coats of paint on everything which left the appearance of some areas a bit off-putting and neglected. « We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades.
