« Musty smell in room. Grossly stained washcloth. Something yellow/orange and hard on the bed fitted sheet. I’ve provided photos to the hotel and received a sarcastic response with “we apologize”. I reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. »

« The hotel itself was perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. What really stood out, though, was the location. It was absolutely fantastic. There was a beautiful walking path right behind the hotel, along with a nearby park that added so much to the experience. It made the property especially great for families, offering an easy way to get outside and enjoy some fresh air without having to travel...

« Cleanliness was extremely poor. I’ve never seen anything like it before. There were large, disgusting yellow stains on the bed, the pillows were not clean, and there were stains on top of the vanity unit. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. »
