Villa offers 3 large bedrooms, each with king size beds and ensuites (and air-conditioning!). Bathroom in-suite , on the first floor with bathtub and shower, on the second floor shower. Full equipped kitchen. Spacious living room decorated be unique local furniture, will give you the atmosphere of real Bali.

Villa is conveniently located in the middle of trendy Seminyak area offering easy access to Seminyak Beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets within a few-minutes walk as well as proximity to the heart of Seminyak where you can sample delicious dishes at internationally acclaimed restaurants, fill your shopping bag at designers boutiques and spend the night at Balis best nightlife hotspots lined up along the Seminyaks main road.

Although close to everything, the villa is situated on a small private road, set back from the main road ensuring a peaceful environment free from any noise disturbance.

Seminyak is very famous for mostly luxury accommodation, luxurious boutique shops, fashionable art galleries, bars and nightlife and only a walk away from the beach. This is the most dynamic upscale district of Bali with famous food street Jalan Oberoi (Jl Kayu Aya or Jl Laksmanai, with a selection of some very popular and hip restaurants offering international and local cuisines, interior design stores as well as a variety of health spas.

The atmosphere is much more sophisticated and laid-back than Kuta, and the beach in particular is quieter during the day. In the same area, you can enjoy the traditional markets, small balinese street food shops, hindu temples or traditional handicraft suppliers. Villa is very close from Jalan Raya Seminyak (shopping street) and also Jl Sunset road. Easy and fast access to any part of the Seminyak-Kuta areas.

Villa located between the beach and main street in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the beach and to all the good restaurants, bar and lounge venues in Seminyak. You can easily walk to everything. You are within a short walking distance from the Seminyak beach. Surf beaches are also very close.

You can get around by taxi. Taxis are inexpensive and take you wherever you dont want to walk.

To explore more remote parts of Bali such as Tabanan, Ubud or the Bukit a private car and driver can be hired daily. It is cost USD $50 for 8 hours and include petrol.

Villa has a private parking and easy and fast access to any part of the Seminyak-Kuta areas, and only 25 mins away from Denpasar airport.
