« I stayed at BWP for 5 days. Without doubt I can say the staff here is the best hotel staff I have seen in over 40 years of travelling. The service orientation across the board from greeting staff, bell boys, reception, house keeping, room service, cafeterias, etc is unmatched.
The amenities and the facility compares favourably with other hotels in the similar class. The service standards set them apart.

« This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write.
I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. Iâve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard.
The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help.
