'Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js'

'The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. Their beds are still the best in the business though. Make sure you bring a step stool if you are shorter than 5’2”. The biggest “miss” was the food service. ...

'Overall appearance of hotel was clean, staff was friendly they didnt have the original 2 queen beds i needed without hesitation i was upgraded the room was nice the furniture a little outdated but it had 2 tvs and i liked the shower!! Coffee was good too!'

'Had a wonderful weekend stay at the AC Hotel. The hotel is honestly in a great location, you can easily walk to the Power and Light and the River Market area within 10 minutes, and a two block walk to the street car. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We were unknowingly there during ComicCon, so the hotel was really busy. However, the staff kept up well with the traffic and the property was spotless! We will for sure being staying again. '
