'Uitstekende accommodatie dat dicht bij het centrum ligt van Florence. Prima, schone appartement. De eigenaresse is heel aardig en vooral klantvriendelijk. De appartementen zijn zeer veilig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een aanrader om hier een appartement te huren.'

'We had a bad experience with check in do to poor internet connection to register online to receive a code. The code was not matching my phone number and we sent emails, then we tried calling on Viber and WatsApp to contact the property owner who had a problem with his phone, we waited 2 hours to receive a code for the key locker and to enter the property. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there’s only small refrigerator and hairdryer, but no coffee machine or tea pot,...

'El lugar tiene una ubicación perfecta en Florencia, puedes caminar fácilmente a todos los lugares. Nos recibió Angela muy amable y atenta y nos dio una muy buena explicación de todo lo del apartamento y de Florence . El apartamento es muy detallado y limpio. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle.'

'It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful...
