This home is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Overall, the inside is very roomy and spacious with many great amenities. The home is very inviting for all ages to stay here. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool when we couldn't be at the beach. The depth and size was perfect. The electric cart was a huge bonus when going to the beach! We were able to haul everything we wanted or needed with us and made for easier parking. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance to go back. Thank you, again for your wonderful hospitality.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach home was perfect. Great proximity to the beach, the private pool was the perfect size. The home was equipped with anything you needed. Our kids loved the bunk room and the upstairs loft. It was nice they had their own space. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

The house is even more beautiful then the pictures. It was very clean, large and in a great location. Loved the kitchen! Lisa was very easy to get ahold of and always check to see if we needed anything. Definitely will rent this house again!

Beautiful!!

100% would recommend this beautiful home to any group or family. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and any group or family. The beach was a 2 minute golf cart ride max and really could just be walked. The property had so many beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and anything else you could possibly need for the beach.I have nothing but great things to say about this house and will definitely be looking into it next trip!

House is really nice! Location good, a lot of construction going on across the street making it difficult to come and go. Warning family with small children or older adults the stairs are really steep. Pool awesome needs a little shade area is all. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing rental!

This house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful house inside and out. Backyard is spacious with pool and a patio overlooking it all. Kids all loved the bunk room. The kitchen was gorgeous with lots of room for cooking and hanging out. The 6 seater golf cart was loved by everyone and was a tremendous help taking people back and forth to the beach. We will definitely be back and miss it already!

Great week at Dune Drive

Home was as described and having the pool heated was fabulous for the little ones! When I couldn’t figure out the beach access, Lisa offered to guide me there - that’s service! Home had everything needed but I would suggest some plastic glasses and dishes for eating outside on deck and patio around pool. Would rent again!

The house worked great for us. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The house provided all the beach equipment you could need. We took out our beach tent since that was the only they did not have. It is close to the beach. The gold cart was great to have to get back and forth. Kids stayed in the pool a good deal of the time and we always like having one for the kids. Overall the house was a described and was clean and provided all the necessary kitchen equipment. They also provided beach towels.

Stunning House Walkable to the Beach

This house was gorgeous and perfect for a large group of adults (would also be great for families). It was also huge and spacious, the pictures did NOT do the size of it justice! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Also, they had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the beach - 12+ chairs, coolers, toys for kids, umbrellas, etc. I HIGHLY encourage the owners to add a picture of the garage where they store it all in because we wished we didn't bring our own chairs/stuff - would have saved us so much room in the car. The golf cart was perfect for transporting all our gear to the beach and the house was a 5min walk. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Girls Weekend

This house could not have been more perfect for our weekend girls trip! There was more than enough room for the twelve of us. We loved every aspect of the house- the private backyard/pool, the brand new golf cart, the two minute commute to the public beach access, the ice maker, ect. I could go! This house has it all! We even booked our trip back for next summer during our stay. Lisa and her team were so incredibly kind and helpful, she quickly responded to all of our messages and picked up on the first ring when we needed help accessing the house. If you are looking for the absolute perfect get away, look no further. This house made our stay in Destin a dream!

Beautiful Beach Home

We traveled with 6 adults + 2 toddlers and the house was more than plenty big. Each couple had their own room + bathroom + closet space. The golf cart was perfect to jump on and ride over to the beach (literally 4 minutes away to the nearest public beach access). The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, keurig, and super nice appliances. There were board games, cornhole boards, a ping pong table in the garage, and several beach + pool toys. Having our own private pool was the perfect addition to our stay. We traveled in October and utilized the heated pool feature. (One thing to note is that the heated feature is additional cost, but worth it if traveling during cooler months). We love Santa Rosa Beach and we will be back to stay in the future!

THE PERFECT Vacation!

The younger ones enjoyed the Golf cart rides to listen to music at Stinky's. We have been coming to SRB since 2008 and this is by far the best layout we have ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed the ice machine and griddle. Front porch rocking chairs are so comfortable for relaxing. The ABSOLUTE BEST BEDS any of us have ever slept on. We definitely all felt rested up! The Pool is the perfect size to enjoy cooling off with the private back yard. We will most definitely book again.

We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and Christmas with our extended family. Lisa and her property management team were responsive to our requests and provided thoughtful extras without us even asking! Lisa also recommended The Chef's Table and Deli (/). Justin, the chef, and the owner came onsite to prepare a fantastic catered birthday lunch. The Harvest Salad had even my husband, who usually grumbles when I mention salad, asking for more! While the house is within walking distance of the beach, it is nestled in a neighborhood away from the noise and traffic. The home was luxurious and clean. There was enough room to spread out when we needed downtime and come together for dancing and celebrations. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Highly Recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this property! The house was gorgeous! The day we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager. She was so friendly and made sure the house was ready for us and that we didn't need anything. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our big group! We had plenty of room to move around. We LOVED having a separate ice maker! It was great for icing down our coolers when heading to the beach. The large stovetop and griddle gave us plenty of burners to cook a big meal for our group of 11 people! The beds were so comfy! We all slept so well. The bunk room was perfect for our kids! They loved having their own microwave and mini fridge! The pool out back was a great way to enjoy time in the water without being at the beach. It was so clean and just the right size! Our favorite part was the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach! We had a brand new golf cart which we did use, but some of us loved that we could walk there! If you are looking for a house to rent, this is it!!!

Beautiful "new" coastal home, impeccably decorated. Every convenience you may need. We cooked out on the grill twice and ate on the deck overlooking the pool. Huge kitchen with large pantry, gas stove, 2-drawer dishwasher, and French door refrigerator. Large laundry room with washer and dryer and sink. New golf cart that seats 6 people. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and ice chest. Walking distance (10 min) or short drive (2 min) to beach access. White sand beach with clear blue water was never crowded. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Walmart 10 min away, however, very busy on Memorial Day weekend. Management was a phone call away, but had everything we needed (except beach towels which we purchased and left for the next guests--hopefully they are still there!). Ping pong table and games and puzzles. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful house to stay in! We spent a week at this property and the house accommodated 4 adults and 6 children very well. I could not get over how immaculate everything was upon arrival and it was evident there is an incredible cleaning of the property between guests. The house has a great layout with the kitchen being the star of the show. We barely went out to eat because the kitchen has everything you need to cook in. A grocery store and other conveniences are not far away at all. The covered patio with grill was such a great feature for getting the family to eat on pool days and the shallow sun shelf in the pool is a great feature for kids. This house stands out to me above others in the area for a few reasons: while other rental companies will provide samples, they'll require you to bring your own dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, etc., but this property had those items on hand for use. The golf cart being included for use was a total bonus too and made runs to the beach quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and pillows were provided in a few styles for those that like thicker vs thinner which I appreciated. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The only hiccup worth mentioning was the communication prior to my stay. I received emailed receipts for my payments promptly, but had to email a request for my confirmation and then again my arrival instructions as I received none. The arrival instructions email that provided the code to get into the house had an error in the code (too many numbers) so getting into the house was frustrating as 10 of us stood on the porch with bags after a 15 hour drive and a code that did not work. Overall this stay was delightful and I can definitely see booking to stay at this house again happily.

This property was as beautiful as the pictures! It’s was very well maintained and we loved how open the floor plan was for our group! The kitchen/living room/dining room space was amazing and where we congregated. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillow options! We loved the multiple outdoor seating areas as well and the driveway comfortably fit 4 large trucks/SUVs without any issue. Would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful spacious home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our original rental was being renovated and wasn’t ready yet so we were offered this home instead. We loved it.
