  • Sunseeker wordt professioneel beheerd door Oversee Rentals.

    Genesteld in een bos van magnolia's en pijnbomen, is dit nieuwe huis in aanbouw met plantagestijl uw perfecte ontsnapping. Wandelpaden wind door twee zwembaden, een tennisbaan en een speeltuin voor de kinderen. Geniet van het gevoel van privacy terwijl u toch op slechts een steenworp afstand bent van alle actie van 30A.

    Bij binnenkomst in dit nieuw gebouwde huis heeft u een queensize slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping met eigen badkamer en tv. Verderop in de hal komt u in de open woonkamer met een keuken van de chef-kok, een eethoek met zitplaatsen voor zes en vier extra op het kookeiland en de woonkamer. De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen voor de familie en beschikt over een grote lcd-tv met een echte surround sound-ervaring voor filmavond of de grote game. Voorbij de woonkamer en door de Franse deuren vindt u een grote beschutte veranda om te genieten van de natuurlijke omgeving.

    Op de tweede verdieping vindt u de koning slaapkamer met eigen badkamer en balkon. De derde slaapkamer is voorzien van een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer met tv. Tussen de hoofdslaapkamer en de logeerkamer vindt u nog een woonruimte met een bank en een flatscreen-tv, een geweldige plek om even weg te zijn.

Great House in a Quaint Neighborhood

Beautiful house close to the beach, and the main draws of 30a, but still far enough to remain quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking, sound system was amazing!

Wonderful Seagove house! We had the best time staying at the Sunseeker. House was beautiful with plenty of room for our teenagers. We loved the bikes and the neighborhood pools. We can’t wait to return!

Girls’ Week @the Beach

This house was exactly as stated. Hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. The house was immaculate and beautiful. We love the proximity to the beach and the thoughtful gifts left by the hosts.

Beautiful vacation home!

Loved staying at the Sunseeker! Cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the house is great. Well stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Great screened in porch for reading and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

We had the perfect fall break at this house! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our family for the week. Just a short walk across the street to private beach access or a short drive a little further for public access. Seaside was a short 10 min bike ride away and Publix only a 5 min drive. Great location and a beautiful home!

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The interior amenities seemed a little bare bones. There were no cooking things like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc that would have been nice to have. I would stay here again though.

The kitchen was well stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever want. The screened in porches made a great place to have lunch or read a book on a rainy day.Oversee could not have provided better customer service. We called our 3rd night about 9pm because the AC upstairs was malfunctioning. Oversee called back within minutes and had our problem fixed by 9AM the next morning.The beach access was not far by bike and we enjoyed that the beach was not nearly as crowded as it is if you stay in Watercolor, Seaside, etc.The tiniest suggestion....please provide a full length mirror somewhere in the house! The 3 ladies on the trip were wishing they could check their outfits before leaving for dinner at night!

May 2021 Stay

Sunseeker has a wonderful screened-in back porch and we spent every morning drinking coffee and listening to the birds. The home has a nice layout and it was good for a family that has a parent that can't climb stairs. A huge benefit was every room has it's on private bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed, appliances top notch and clean! The location in the community was the furthest from the beach access, however, we were very close to a pool. Plus it was nice to have the two complimentary bikes. We wish we would have known about the public beach access closest to the house being closed, as we knew there was a ramp there. The next closest was the one at Watercolor and it was so crowded. We ended up at Grayton State Park and it was great for all of us - just get there before 10am because they only allow so many cars in and then they are at capacity. I found the Oversee app user friendly and helpful - I wish I had better luck with the fancy TV / Sound system in the house - probably an over "50" thing!

Enjoyable week

We had such a nice stay at this property. It rained a lot while we were there, but the house was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in the home. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. It has everything you can think of and it is all nice quality. You feel right at home during your stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Seaside Gem!

We’ve come to Seaside a few times now and this is by far our favorite place! Picture don’t do it justice! Large, spacious and extremely clean. Great vacation for our young family and incredible kitchen for making meals. Would highly recommend!!!

Family Trip

The house was exactly as described, and felt as if it was brand new. High-end finishes, plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked. Two wonderful, screened in patios. Neighborhood was private, quiet, with 2 beautiful pools. We rented a golf cart to get around. Parking was plentiful. Had one issue, that was promptly resolved by property management on a Sunday. Will definitely stay here again.
