  • Ceci est une maison de location la plus populaire situé dans le coin sud-est de Grayton Beach. Vue depuis les grands porches extérieurs de l'Est est de notre piscine privée, un quai privé sur le lac, et Grayton Beach State Park. Vue depuis les grands porches ouest comprend le golfe du Mexique et de la plage. À seulement 150 mètres du célèbre Red Bar Resturant et du nouveau Chiringo Resturant. Les améliorations récentes sont un nouveau quai, une nouvelle piscine, des nouvelles chaises Frontgate, des chauffe-eau sans réservoir, de nouveaux meubles de pont arrière, une nouvelle table de cuisson, de nouvelles mains courantes et une nouvelle peinture extérieure. Cette magnifique maison est parfaite pour les grandes familles ou les réunions. Préparez-vous pour un voyage en couple avec 6 chambres ayant au moins un lit King. Beaucoup de fonctions spéciales telles que: 3 suites de maître avec jacuzzi, salle de jeux mettant en vedette Baby-foot et ping-pong, 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselle ainsi que 2 laveuse / sécheuse, TV / DVD dans chaque chambre, il y a aussi 3 chaînes stéréo à la maison. Seuls 50 pi à l'accès du public et 100 verges au bord de l'eau. pataugeoire (7x7) et grand (32x19) piscine pour les adultes. Cette piscine peut également être chauffée en hiver pour un coût additionnel. Maison a Keurig 2. 0. Internet haut débit! La télévision à écran plat est à travers. Location du samedi au samedi. Parking pour 8 voitures. Avec chaque réservation hebdomadaire chez Grayton Coast Rentals, vous recevez un crédit gratuit de 280 $ «Beach Gear».

It was a stay for entire family. Adult children, spouses & 7 grandchildren 8 YO & under. The home was great but had a few initial issues but they were addressed.

Our house rental has changed several times as our family grew then grew up. Sea Spray was perfect for us this year and we have reserved for next year already. Grayton is getting a little busy and crowed, but still our favorite family vacation spot!

We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.
