About the location The house is located in a protected historic area of Santa Marta s Centro Histórico, where century old homes, original façades, and the authentic charm of the city are still preserved. The historic center roughly extends from Calle 19 to Calle 10, and from Carrera 1 to Carrera 5. The city is currently undergoing a beautiful process of renewal and revitalization. Streets from Calle 19 to Calle 13 have already been renovated, and improvements will gradually continue toward Calles 12, 11, and 10. Although the area is evolving, it offers the best of both worlds: historic authenticity and close proximity to the city s main attractions. During the day, it is a wonderful area to explore on foot. Cafés, republican houses, artisan shops, traditional bakeries, and the bay are all just a short walk away. Within a few minutes you can reach Parque Bolívar, Parque de los Novios, restaurants such as Agua del Río, Lulo, and Casa Magdalena, as well as cafés like Gnam and Brot, not to mention the beautiful sunsets along the bay. Only guests registered at check in may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized persons will result in penalties. 2. House Rules Conduct Smoking is prohibited indoors. Allowed only on terraces. Fine for violation: $250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or terraces is prohibited. Fine for violation: $250,000 COP. Zero tolerance for: o Excessive noise o Parties or events o Over occupancy (more guests than declared in the reservation) o Disturbances or inappropriate behavior Violations may result in fines from $250,000 COP up to three times the total rental amount, and immediate termination of the stay without refund. 3. Responsible Guest The main guest must be 18 years or older and must remain on the property throughout the stay, unless otherwise agreed. All occupants must be registered with full name and identification. Keys and access codes may only be used by adults. Reservations made under false identity will be canceled with no refund. All internal property rules and common area regulations must be followed. 4. Legal Compliance By staying with us, you agree to comply with the following laws: Law 679 of 2001 Protection of minors from sexual exploitation. Law 300 of 1996 and Law 1101 of 2006 Tourism regulations. Law 1336 of 2009 Code of conduct. Violations will be reported according to the law. 5. Cancellations Cancellations follow the policy active on the platform or property at the time of booking. No refunds are granted for: o Early departures o Late arrivals o Weather conditions o Airline issues o Reduction of nights Travel insurance is recommended. If the property becomes unavailable due to force majeure, the host s responsibility is limited to refunding the amount paid. 6. Termination of Stay The host may inspect the property at any time to ensure compliance. Severe violations may lead to: o Fines up to three times the rental value o Immediate termination of the stay without refund o Removal of guests and belongings If neighbors or authorities report noise or disturbances, the guest will be evicted without refund. 7.
