« Michelle was an excellent host, and we had a wonderful time staying at her place while visiting our son. She was always quick to respond. I gave her a few suggestions, and she was more than receptive. You can tell she takes pride in her property and wants her guests to feel at home. »

« When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. »

« Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. « Super quiet and quaint place for two in AG! We booked and had the nicest stay in town. It’s centrally located and close to amenities and about 10 minutes from the sand on the beach. We stayed 4 nights and it was just perfect for our little getaway. Highly recommend. »

« Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. I’m very unhappy with the ADU storage/shed/portable/tiny house in the backyard. The Expedia listing was absolutely misleading - called a tiny shed with 2 “bedrooms” a “cottage” and did not explain...
