« This property is great for pets, located in a very nice neighborhood with a good park close by for walks. Also close to downtown, the train station and a shopping center with a grocery store, CVS, etc. Beds are comfortable, good pillows, quiet area. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware, well equipped (only missing an ice cream scoop ! ). The fenced front yard with "fake" grass worked well for our dogs. « Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.)
