Located across from the entrance to the Kid's Cove water park in Paradise Village, your getaway will be unforgettable for the kids and family. This home features 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and 3 patio balconies to take in the warm St. George sun or gather your group in one of 2 spacious living rooms to catch a game or have a movie night. Best part is, you'll be just steps away from the new Paradise Village water park and lazy river for your whole vacation. Enjoy a BBQ on the back patio or relax with a soak in the hot tub. The upstairs living room is a gamer's paradise where children and adults alike can spend evenings playing air hockey, arcade games, or the PS4. This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.

Four of us stayed in a bunk room and there was only one little square of soap for the sink and shower. And not much soap for the washing machine. The floors could have been cleaner - our socks turned black. The beds were very comfortable.

Family Reunion

Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

Family Reunion

The location was perfect. The water park was definitely the highlight of our grand childrenā€™s stay, since St. George was experiencing heat wave the week we were there. The game room was also a fan favorite. They were 18 in our party and we felt like we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property!

The photos of the property were realistic. The house met our expectations and was comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything functioned very well. The only apparent needs were several window blind control rods and the closet doors were off track in one of the bunk rooms.

A great place to stay

My sister and I with our kids came into town to visit family for a couple days and wanted a place to stay, and somewhere to spend down time as needed. This was so fantastic!! So easy to access the water playground across the street! (It was a little windy when we stayed, and we were short on time so didn't get to play as long as we would have liked.) The space was very well designed for a large group and everyone had space, as well as plenty of space to be together as well. Our kids loved the arcade games upstairs too! The views from the balcony was beautiful!! We couldn't figure out how to charge the PS4 controllers (and they were dead), so we didn't get to use that, and the king bed downstairs and the bunks upstairs were a bit loud when anyone moved on them. But we still had a great visit, and would definitely come again.

Lots of fun amenities and close to the water park which was great for the kids. Only big downside was the master bed on the main floor. Hands down the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. None of the other rooms had a King bed. Overall would definitely stay at this place again.

Maintenance Issues

Checked in on a Saturday afternoon only to find out by Saturday evening that the washing machine wasn't working. We contacted management on Monday; someone came to look at it on Tuesday; said he would fix it or try to find a replacement; contacted management again on Wednesday looking for an update; we were contacted on Thursday that someone would be over to look at it; he came, looked it over and said they would have to order parts. Why that couldn't have happened Monday or Tuesday is beyond me. Needless to say, we didn't have a washer during our entire stay - not very convenient to say the least!

Something for everyone

Our family consisted of 4 couples and 8 children. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath which was wonderful. Pool was right across the street which was used often as we were fortunate to have 80 plus weather.. The hiking was GREAT so many trails!! The kids learned to play pickleball which was also a hit!! Spent one day at Sandy Hallow where they rented ATVā€™s that also was a FUN excursion!Definitely would stay here again!!

A great place for families

Perfect Extended Family Getaway

This place was made for big groups. Each room has its own en suite bathroom which makes it so convenient and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and also room to spread out in smaller groups. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for 12. If you have kids that like to swim, the location ca t be beatā€”literally across the street from the huge pool complex. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. We would book here again in a heartbeat.
