Magnolia Cottage is a charming remodeled historic cottage located in downtown Santa Barbara. The quiet location makes for the perfect launching pad to explore all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

The front of the home has great curb appeal with the enclosed yard, wood picket fence, manicured lawn, and mature magnolia and palm trees. The driveway leads to the back of the property with a detached 1-car garage.

Inside you have hardwood floors throughout the home and dual pane windows. The formal living room has sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV with Roku set to guest mode so you can login to your own apps.

Adjacent to the living room you have the guest bedroom with a full bed, bedside table with drawers, shelves, and a reading light. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

In the middle of the home, you have the second bedroom with a queen bed.
The passageway to the Kitchen is a modern doublewide opening.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with two bar stools, and a gas cooktop. The french doors in the kitchen lead out to the side yard with a fenced-in dog run and the gas bbq grill. The kitchen also has a Roku TV.
