'They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!'

'We just returned from our first trip to Belize and are already daydreaming about a trip back. The resort was clean and the rooms were large. The staff was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience. I called ahead of time and they helped us coordinate ferries and transports to the hotel. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. The hotel is a smidge off the beaten path, but accessible to everything by golf cart. Everything is very close. Restaurant and bar were nice, staff was...

'Room and the whole place was clean. Staffs were very nice, easy access to the other restaurants, groceries and gift shops. One thing I was disappointed which is the same with the other hotels …no access to the beach to swim. You have to rent a golf cart to go to the Secret Beach w/c was another experience, but it’s worth it…it was beautiful '

'Such a wonderful experience and so peaceful and cozy getaway. They were so responsive and helpful. Only 25 units on the property so feels like home. We were a family of 4 and even the sofa bed was comfortable. They helped us get a golf cart sswhen everything was sold out and help us find a car in belize city. outeverythinelse'
