  • Avec un décor mis à jour, un grand espace de vie et une vue imprenable sur la piscine et les Caraïbes, ce condominium de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée offre une sensation de "deuxième maison". La chambre principale a un lit king, une salle de bain privée avec un bain à remous et une douche à l'italienne. Un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre, une deuxième salle de bain complète et une pièce supplémentaire avec un futon en font la maison de vacances idéale pour deux couples ou une petite famille.

    Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. We had a great stay here and would return in the future. What you see in the pictures is what you get, clean place and a tour of the island from Brittney while Mike takes your bags to room. Brittney, Mike and Kimberly are responsive, amazing hosts. Bonus with this property is it’s literally a one stop shop!! Need a golf cart, want to book an excursion, have drinks prior to arrival, food recommendations? no worries they will handle all of it for you making for a stress free getaway! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We love staying at this property! The location is perfect, the rentals are clean and spacious, and the property managers go above and beyond to help! The beach front massages were so relaxing! Have already booked again for next year!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay! Kimberly and Chad were excellent hosts from greeting us at the airport to setting up our activities (and we had to reschedule a few with the weather). The location is fantastic and we the beach was so nice. We loved the interior of the condo for the two couples and one kid.

Perfect stay and location.

This is an excellent place and location. Perfect distace from the downtown fun and the stretch of restaurants and places to explore to the north. Highly recommended for families. Hosts were excellent and supportive. Be sure to spend time at Coco Locos next door.

Very nice property great sightline of the pool and beach from our patio. Very relaxing. Property manager Brittany was awesome, she took care of us, as far where to eat, shop, golf cart rental, plane to the islland, drop off, pickup and check-in at the island airport…etc. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Communication and help while at location was excellent. Loved the pickup/dropoff service at airport along with having refrigerator stocked with favorite drinks. Also helped us find tours that we very much enjoyed. Second time staying here and will do it again when we travel back to San Pedro.

We enjoyed the ease of working with these property managers. Their communication was excellent, thorough, and they were very available for us every step of the way. The place was clean, well kept, and in a nice location. They gave great recommendations and helped us feel at home during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo

This was the first time we stayed at San Pedro and at The Landings at Tres Coscos. It was very comfortable and quiet. Kimberly and Chad made everything very easy for us.

Like a low key resort

Such a great stay. The place was clean and well air conditioned. The pool was 20 steps away and had a paradise view. The cell phone came in handy for making reservations. The property managers are great and set us up with al of our snorkel tours. Thank you!

Property location was perfect for visiting the entire Island. Chad and Kim were both amazing. They made everything so simple for us. Booking our Trop Air, Golf Cart and excursions was a great extra perk. 😁

Extra service from hosts was an incredible perk!

It was such a treat to have our flights to the caye booked for us and a golf cart waiting upon our arrival with someone to follow to the property, we felt very well take care of the entire time we were in San Pedro. The condo itself had everything we needed and was in a great location, just minutes from everything you need. 10/10 recommend!

Mike and Brittany were wonderful hosts. The condo itself was great with plenty of room and well appointed. The grounds are cleaned and well maintained and the hosts live next to the property. They went above and beyond in planning our air travel from Belize City to San Pedro, coordinating a golf cart rental for the week, booking two excursions and had beverages waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. Mike met us at the airport when we arrived and drove us back to the airport at 6am for our departure. On top of that, during our visit they tollerated our random texts asking various questions. The unit itself was great, two rooms with queen beds and a room with a full size futon. If you are going to San Pedro I highly recommend you considering this unit.

Wonderful stay in San Pedro

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landings. The property was spacious for us and our 2 small children. The furniture was comfortable and having the pool a few steps away was helpful. Brittany couldn't have been more helpful with checkin, communication and even helping us get our bags to the ferry when we checked out. The service of being able to have water, beer and sodas delivered was a lovely perk! Would definitely book here again!

The communication was outstanding! Brittany and Mike went above and beyond to assist us! Due to unexpected circumstances, our flight was delayed, causing us to miss a connection. And unfortunately, the next flight we could get on was 2 days later. Brittany helped us to reschedule our stay (since there was no one booked right after us). When we finally arrived in Belize, Mike and Brittany met us at the airport to take our luggage and get our golf cart rental. So easy with their help! They drove us to the condo while pointing out key things on the drive. Brittany also scheduled a fishing/lunch/snorkeling tour for us! It was the highlight of our trip! Expensive, but well worth the memories! We had water bottles stocked in our fridge, along with a large jug of water that we refilled water bottles during our stay. We had our 2 kids with us (ages 19 and 14) and the bedroom setup was just fine. The location of the condo was good. I liked that it was close to town, but not directly in the heart of things (although I wish we had explored more north of the turn to secret beach). It was a 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach (which we went there twice...loved it there!). We got drinks every morning from the Farmhouse Market & Cafe (they even had a gluten-free pastry here that I had several days in a row). The only negative to our trip was the sargassum. There was sooo much of it and the smell was overpowering some days, making it difficult to sit out on the patio.

Beautiful paradise

We arrived in the dark, but Brittany and Mike were waiting for us and made the check in process so wonderful. We woke up the next morning in literal paradise and were greeted with a beautiful view. The condo was bigger and nicer than I expected, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, large kitchen, etc… They also provided a Belize cell phone which was thoughtful and helpful for us to order food or be able get a hold of them from anywhere. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and felt very taken care of and would recommend it to anyone.
