« My family of 4 stayed at this property in June 2026 and it was WONDERFUL! The location is perfect; right on the main street of San Clemente, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach/pier. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer as well. « We absolutely loved our stay! The whole experience was wonderful. The location could not be better. We brought our two boys out for Epic Surf Camp which was walking distance to the condo. The beach gear was so easy to access and the towels stocked daily were so helpful. Every last detail for a fun beach stay has been perfected and we are so grateful. I can’t forget to mention the view, it was stunning! We will be back for the another week next year. »

« Fabulous location. Close to some great bars and eateries. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. View was incredible from the apartment and the shared patio. We used the BBQ which was clean but needs some maintenance for good cooking. Photos made it look bigger than it is, especially with our two adult children it was pretty tight and only three stools for the table but sleeps four. Easy parking and good communication. Would definitely stay again if just for two of us. »

« We have stayed in rentals all over the States and abroad. I have to say this was the best ever! The hosts have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay from the kitchen to the beach! You can’t beat the location to the beach, dining and shopping. Everything is walkable or San Clemente has a free trolly to get you there! We booked for just 2 nights but as soon as we arrived, we added an extra day. I could stay here a month or the whole summer! »

« We were visiting SC for a wedding and this home was perfect for my family of four. Beautiful beach home with all of the amenities. We didn't cook, but was impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It was nice to be steps away from downtown which had stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Short walk downhill to the beach, pier and beach trail. Had great communication with the host. Will definitely be back! »
