Also included, is WIFI, perfect for any type of usage, & AC in the rooms. All the apartment is private.

Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal! 2 Balconies with a view, one connected with the living area and the other in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals. Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, both with 1 double bed and one with the third with 2 single beds. All the apartment has air-conditioning and good WIFI ! Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
