'Excellent location if you are with your car. Restaurants are about 10 mins from the hotel. We were in a big apartment with two bedrooms. Apartments do need some tlc. They are old and here and there breaking. Bring your own coffee and teas for the room as they don't provide any. Breakfast was poor and unhygienic. Overall ok for a 1 night stay but super overpriced for what you get. '

'Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

'Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. 'Perfecte ligging en mooi ingerichte praktische kamer met dubbele badkamer. Er was enkel een probleem met de temperatuur in de kamer door een defect aan de airco.'
