Hôtel San Felipe Pueblo, Algodones

« Everyone we had interactions with was super friendly. The promotions need more detailed info. If you need to redeem a promotion same day, you need to let people know. There was some false advertisement on the recent one. »

« The staff was excellent! Thank you! »

« The room is okay, just provides two bars of soap and the occasional roach. »

« Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service »

« The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying. »

« Personnel très agréable »

« Super friendly staff. Very welcoming! Our kids loved the goodie bag full of candy to choose from on our way to the balloon fiesta! »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

« Hotel sale.
